If your score was high then good on you! If it wasn’t so much then try not to be too hard on yourself. The great thing about today is acknowledging what areas in your life needs work. It does not matter where your starting line is, or even if you have been at it for a while! What matters is you keep going. Each day you make small improvements and stick to them even if they are just one at a time. Even if it’s just as simple as “sit outside and soak up sunshine for 10 minutes every day.” Or if you are advanced, then how can you continue challenging yourself? It’s important not to look at wellbeing as a destination, but rather as a journey that develops each and every day. Take each day as it comes and embrace the bad times and the good times. Take them on as lessons and as stepping stones to always grow and become a better you a little more each day. I hope you found this quiz helpful Dear Reader! Until next time!
